Pro and contra of a year long online class

LET'S FACE IT 2020

Registration for Let’s face it 2020 is open today! You might wonder if this class is for you,…to commit for a whole year?!

There are a few points to consider:

Pro points:

  • You stay inspired. Live is busy and we can easily get distracted

  • You learn different techniques.

  • You discover different artists and way of working. I have watched classes from artists I didn’t know and probably would not have bought an exclusive class, and ended up being so surprised and pleased.

  • You share with others. Painting is so much more fun when sharing with others. That is why most online classes have closed FB groups.

  • You will never be able to buy a class for that price.. Early bird is at 99$ for 50 classes: 2$ a class…this is out of this world!

  • You cultivate a regular art practice.

  • Staying within the same theme,…will improve your skills greatly.

Contra and how to see it…

  • It stresses you, to fall behind. There is no falling behind. We are not back in school, this is fun time and we can enjoy the classes whenever we have time. You have life time access!

  • You don’t like all the painting styles proposed. That is the beauty. We have so many different artists, choose whatever inspires you and leave the classes aside that don’t.

  • You might never watch all the classes. …I came to the conclusion if I really like 10-20 classes that comes out to 5-10$ a class, it is still a bargain.

  • There can be material that are used that you don’t have. So many proposed materials can be replaced by something else. Feel free to ask for advice.

  • You don’t have FB. You can send questions to the teachers by e-mail. Also consider, you can open a FB account and not invite any friends and not post anything else than your art.

This year we will focus on faces, figures and finding your own style. You will become an expert!!!I am looking forward to share with you my own journey and look forward to connecting with you!
